Cannabidiol (abbreviated “CBD”) is a non-psychoactive (ie “It can’t get you high”) cannabinoid derived from the cannabis sativa (type of hemp) plant. It’s believed to interact with your body’s Endocannabinoid System (ECS) for various mental and physical advantages.
To date, there are no known long-term health related problems associated with pure CBD use. Possible side effects can include: nausea, fatigue, dry mouth, and irritability. Please, always consult your physician with specific medical questions, drug interactions, etc.
